Welcome to Collect Call Saver (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Collect Call Saver”). We are thrilled to offer our services under the following terms and conditions. By using our services, you (“Customer”, “you”, “subscriber”, or “user”) acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms outlined below. Non-compliance with these conditions may lead to the termination of your subscription. Please take a moment to carefully read and understand these terms.
1. Ownership and Content:
Collect Call Saver is the rightful owner of this website and all its associated content. Our services are provided to you based on the conditions mentioned herein. Any reference to “Collect Call Saver” within this document pertains to our company and the services we provide.
2. Modifications to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes may include adjustments to pricing, features, plans, or any other aspects of the services we offer. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes, but it remains your responsibility to regularly review these terms to stay informed about any updates. Your continued use of our website or services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
3. Acceptance of Conditions:
By visiting our website, using our services, engaging with our customer service, or making service requests, you affirmatively accept the terms and conditions outlined in this document. This agreement applies to all interactions and engagements with Collect Call Saver, whether online, through our automated systems, or with our live customer service representatives.
4. Right to Modify Services:
We retain the right to alter the terms, conditions, and notices governing the services provided by Collect Call Saver. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in charges associated with the use of our services. Such modifications will be reflected in the terms outlined in this document.
5. Service Conditions:
5.1. Purpose of Service:
Collect Call Saver’s service is intended solely for collecting local numbers from a provider to establish local collect calls between the Subscriber and the individual initiating the call from the location for which the Subscription is issued.
5.2. Call Forwarding:
The User is permitted to forward calls to the number entered at the time of subscription purchase.
5.3. Changing Your Number:
Users are allowed to change their forwarding number once a month free of charge. Any subsequent requests to change the number will require signing up for a new account separately.
5.4. Usage Limitation:
Users agree that Collect Calls will be received from the location for which the Collect Call Number is issued and that the number will only be used to receive Collect Calls from that specific location.
5.5. Responsibility for Violations:
Users are responsible for all fees resulting from violations of the Terms and Conditions.
5.6. Fee Assessment:
Fees resulting from violations of the Terms and Conditions will be assessed based on the origin of the call. Calls originating from within the province for which the Subscription is issued will incur a fee of $15.00 per call. Calls originating from outside the province for which the subscription is issued will incur a fee of $30.00 per call.
5.7. Location Updates:
The location for which the number is issued may be updated in the event of a change in the caller’s location, depending on service availability. Please note that no refunds will be provided if services are not available at the new location.
5.8. Service Delay:
Collect Call Saver shall not be held liable for any delays in providing subscriptions.
5.9. Subscriber Identification:
Collect Call Saver reserves the right to withhold subscription information if the subscriber is unable to provide verifiable identification.
5.10. Reselling Prohibited:
Users are not permitted to resell Collect Call Saver service.
5.11. Service Termination Notification:
Users agree to notify Collect Call Saver via email, text, or live chat when the subscription is no longer required.
5.12. Service Cancellation:
Collect Call Saver reserves the right to cancel service without notice.
6. Billing Cycle and Account Renewal:
6.1 Billing Date:
Your billing date will consistently fall on the same day of the next month as when your account was first activated. For instance, if your account was activated on the 10th of January, your next billing date will be on the 10th of February.
6.2 Account Hold for Non-Payment:
In the event that your monthly fees are not paid by the billing date, your account will be placed on hold for a duration of 48 hours.
6.3 Renewal Without Additional Fees:
If you settle your monthly fees by the billing date or within the subsequent 48 hours, your account will be automatically renewed without incurring any additional charges.
6.4 Failure to Pay Monthly Fees:
– Any remaining balance or unused calls on the account will not be carried forward to the following month. Our plans operate on a single-purchase basis, and any remaining balance or calls will expire at the end of the 30-day validity period.
– Upon renewal of the service on or before the expiration date or the grace period of 48 hours, the number assigned to the customer will remain unchanged, unless a new number is requested by the user.
– After the validity period of the purchased plan or the grace period of 48 hours, if the customer wishes to reactivate the service, a new phone number will be issued as the previous number will be released to the provider.
7. Refunds:
7.1. Service Termination Notice:
We kindly request that you provide notice if you no longer require our service. No cancellation fees or charges will be applied when you choose to terminate your subscription.
7.2. No Refunds After Activation:
Once the services have been activated, all accounts are not and will not be eligible for any refunds.
7.3. Changes Resulting in Non-Need for Services:
Upon pre-payment for our service, the following terms and conditions apply:
1. Number Sourcing: We will promptly source a local number from our trusted providers in the desired area of the customer and deliver it within one business day (Monday to Friday).
2. Limitation of Liability: Collect Call Saver shall not be held liable for the following circumstances, and customers shall not be eligible for refunds:
– Approval of the provided number for use by an inmate is subject to the discretion of the inmate, facility, and their policy.
– Calls that result in reaching the receiver’s voicemail.
– Any issues arising with the connection of calls.
– Customers who do not require the service for the full 30-day subscription period.
– Relocation of the caller to an area not covered by our service. Please contact our customer service for information regarding our coverage area.
7.4. Prepaid Monthly Fees Refund Policy:
In instances where multiple monthly fees have been paid in advance, and we receive a cancellation notice from you at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle, we will provide a full refund of any prepaid monthly fees for the upcoming month
8. Your Agreement:
By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above. It is important to regularly review this document for any updates or changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you discontinue your use of our services.
