Signing up is quick and easy, taking only 15-20 minutes from start to finish. Here’s how it works:

3. We’ll immediately reach out to the local provider to obtain your collect call phone number.
4. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll text/email you the phone number.
5. You can then pass this number to the inmate for dialing.

We don’t believe in additional activation fees like other providers. Your only cost is the fixed and flat-rate subscription fee, which activates all the features and services we offer.

As soon as you receive the confirmation text/email with your collect call phone number, the service is activated and ready for connection calls. However, in some cases, facilities may require approval before adding it to the inmate’s dialing list. Once approved, you can start receiving calls without any connection or additional charges.

It depends on how many calls you receive in a month. Here’s a quick guide:

– If the inmate calls you daily and you want unlimited calls without any caps, our “Plan 1” is your best choice.
– If you receive fewer calls, around 5-6 daily or below 200 calls in a month, “Plan 2” is ideal. It offers 200 calls for 30 days.

When you activate an account with us, we’ll provide you with a local phone number specific to the facility where your loved one is currently located.

Our service is compatible with all cell phone providers. Once your account is set up, simply give the provided phone number to the inmate for dialing. When they call from the jail phone, the call will automatically be forwarded to your cell phone number for receiving.

To cancel your service, simply contact us online with your cancellation request. We’ll process it immediately, and your service will be terminated on the same day. There are no cancellation fees, just let our customer service know that you no longer require the service.

If your loved one has moved to a different jail, please inform us online immediately. Otherwise, the provider may charge extra for long distance. We’ll transfer your account to the new location and issue a new phone number for the inmate to dial if the new jail is within our coverage area.

Your phone number will stop working temporarily after the expiration date. However, you have a grace period of 48 hours after the expiry date to make the payment to continue the service with the same phone number.

Simply contact our online customer support with your details. Choose a plan, make the payment, and we’ll reactivate your account with a new phone number. You’ll receive the account details and phone number within 15-20 minutes.

To change your calling package, simply contact us online and let us know which plan you’re interested in. Once you’ve chosen your new plan, make the payment, and we’ll update your plan within 15-20 minutes! Please note that all our plans are single-purchase based and separate.

If you’re on the unlimited “Plan 1,” voicemail calls won’t affect your monthly call volume, so there’s no need to worry if voicemail picks up. However, if you’re on a fixed call plan (20/100/200 calls plan), voicemail calls lasting over 60 seconds will count towards your call balance.
